Wee Bucks

A fairer way to show job interest.

Wee Bucks are the credit system service providers use to unlock suitable local jobs, with holds released when someone else is selected.

Clearer interest, careful billing, better fit.

£3 PAYG unlock

Under PAYG, a service provider uses £3 of Wee Bucks to unlock and express interest in a suitable job.

Credits held first

The required credits are held while the customer compares interested service providers.

Selected provider

If the customer selects you and the booking is finalised, the held Wee Bucks are consumed.

Not selected

If the customer chooses another service provider, your held Wee Bucks are released to your available balance.

No active-account expiry

Purchased Wee Bucks do not currently expire while your account remains active and in good standing.

Not cash

Wee Bucks cannot be transferred or withdrawn for cash and are forfeited if you delete your account.

Example flow

A plain-language example.

  1. A customer posts a job.
  2. Three service providers each place a £3 Wee Bucks hold to express interest.
  3. The customer chooses one service provider.
  4. The selected provider's hold is consumed when the booking is finalised.
  5. The other two holds are released to their available balances.
