Choose the right route for account help, job concerns, payments, safety reports or privacy complaints.
General support
Email support@weejobs.net with your account email and job reference. Never send a password or full card details.
Target: acknowledgement within two working days and resolution within ten working days. Complex cases may take longer.
Report a concern
Use the in-app report tool where available or email support with the job, user and relevant evidence. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.
Target: urgent reports acknowledged within 24 hours. This is not an emergency response guarantee.
Privacy request or complaint
Email privacy@weejobs.net. We normally respond to rights requests within one calendar month and acknowledge data protection complaints within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Complaints
What to include.
- Your WeeJobs account email and any job or payment reference.
- A clear description of what happened and the outcome you want.
- Relevant dates, messages, photos or receipts, without unrelated private information.
- Any immediate safety, accessibility or communication need.
We will investigate relevant platform records, keep you updated where a case takes longer, and explain the outcome. If you disagree with a moderation decision, ask for an appeal and explain why.
