1. What the feature does
Before posting a job, you can ask WeeJobs for an approximate local price range. OpenAI helps generate the wording and range from limited job information. The feature is optional and is intended to help you describe and budget for a job.
2. Information sent
When you use the feature, WeeJobs sends the job category, the general area you selected and the job description you typed. The description is sent as written, so do not include your name, phone number, email, exact address or another person's personal information.
We do not intentionally send your name, account email, phone number, job photos or exact location as part of the estimate request.
3. Your choice
The app explains the transfer and asks for permission before the feature is first used. If you decline, nothing is sent for an estimate and you can still post a job and receive prices from service providers. You can withdraw the optional permission in the app.
4. Important limitations
The result is a rough guide, not a quote, valuation, professional opinion, safety assessment or guarantee. It may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable because it cannot inspect the site, verify dimensions, detect hidden damage, price every material or understand every local condition.
A customer and service provider must agree the actual scope and price. Do not rely on the estimate for emergency, regulated, structural, gas, electrical, asbestos or other safety-critical decisions.
5. Decisions and human help
The estimate does not decide whether you may use WeeJobs, which provider is selected, or the final job price. It does not produce a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. If the estimate looks wrong, ignore it, describe the job directly and ask service providers for a quote.
6. Provider and privacy
OpenAI processes the limited request to return the estimate. International transfer safeguards and your data protection rights are explained in the Privacy Notice. WeeJobs does not permit this feature to use the request for its own advertising or user profiling.
