About Portrush
Portrush is a seaside resort on the north coast, known for its beaches, its links golf course and the summer crowds, and many of its homes are holiday lets or second homes. That means jobs often need doing on a deadline: a repair before the next guests arrive, a quick paint touch-up between bookings, or a gate, window or outside light worn down by the salt air. WeeJobs helps owners and residents find local tradespeople who work around Portrush and nearby Portballintrae and Bushmills. Post the job with the dates that matter, see who is interested and choose who suits you.

Questions about Portrush
What details belong in a painting and decorating job?
List the rooms or surfaces, their condition and the finish you would like. Photos can show peeling paint, cracks or wallpaper that needs removing. Mention ceilings and woodwork separately.
Should I buy paint before choosing a decorator?
You can discuss materials with the decorator first. Agree who supplies the paint, the colour and finish, and whether preparation materials are part of the work.
Can I ask for just a room or some woodwork to be painted?
Yes. Describe the area you want decorated, even if it is only part of a room. Include any furniture or access arrangements the decorator should know about.
Can I get help with a holiday let changeover in Portrush?
Yes. You can post jobs like small repairs, cleaning or touch-ups for a holiday let and mention when it needs to be done. Tradespeople can then let you know if they can fit it in.
I do not live locally. Can I arrange a job at my Portrush property?
Yes. You can post and manage the job in the app from anywhere. Agree access arrangements directly with the person you choose before the work starts.
Do tradespeople cover Portballintrae and Bushmills too?
Many tradespeople working in Portrush also cover nearby villages. Each one sets their own areas, so post your job with your location and those covering it can respond.
