About Armoy
Armoy is a village between Ballymoney and Ballycastle, known far and wide for the Armoy Road Races each summer. Away from race weekend it is a quiet farming community, with village homes, rural cottages and farmhouses that all need looking after. Whether it is a fence, a fireplace surround, a bit of painting or a fiddly plumbing job, WeeJobs helps you find tradespeople who cover Armoy and the surrounding area. Post it once, see who is interested and pick who suits you.

Questions about Armoy
What details belong in a painting and decorating job?
List the rooms or surfaces, their condition and the finish you would like. Photos can show peeling paint, cracks or wallpaper that needs removing. Mention ceilings and woodwork separately.
Should I buy paint before choosing a decorator?
You can discuss materials with the decorator first. Agree who supplies the paint, the colour and finish, and whether preparation materials are part of the work.
Can I ask for just a room or some woodwork to be painted?
Yes. Describe the area you want decorated, even if it is only part of a room. Include any furniture or access arrangements the decorator should know about.
Do tradespeople from Ballymoney and Ballycastle come out to Armoy?
Many cover the villages between the two towns. Each tradesperson sets their own areas, so post with your location and those covering it can respond.
Can I arrange a job to be done before a busy weekend?
Yes. Mention the timing when you post, and tradespeople can tell you whether they can fit it in.
Is WeeJobs only for small jobs?
It is designed for smaller jobs, but you can post bigger ones too and discuss the scope with the tradesperson.
