About Portballintrae
Portballintrae is a small seaside village with a sheltered bay, just along the coast from Portrush and a short walk from Bushmills. Many of its homes are holiday houses or second homes, and the sea air takes its toll on paintwork, windows, gates and outdoor fittings. WeeJobs helps owners and residents arrange local tradespeople for repairs, maintenance and changeover jobs, even if you are not there yourself. Post the job, mention any dates that matter and choose who suits you.

Questions about Portballintrae
What counts as an odd job on WeeJobs?
Small tasks such as hanging pictures, moving household items or a minor repair can fit here. Explain what needs doing so people can decide whether it suits their skills.
How do I describe an odd job that does not fit a trade?
Start with the task and the result you want, then add photos and any access details. Mention tools, materials or lifting involved rather than assuming the helper will know.
Can an odd job include tasks needing specialist skills?
Be clear about every task. Do not assume one person can handle regulated or specialist work as part of a general visit. Check suitability and any qualifications needed before agreeing it.
Do tradespeople cover Portballintrae?
Many tradespeople working around Portrush and Bushmills cover Portballintrae too. Post with your location so they can see it.
Can I arrange work on my holiday home while I am away?
Yes. Post and manage the job in the app, and agree access arrangements directly with the tradesperson you choose.
Can I get regular maintenance done?
You can post each job as it comes up. Some owners use the same tradesperson again once they find someone they trust.
